The Role

As an HR Business Development Partner, your focus will be on building strategic relationships with HR professionals, benefits directors, relocation managers, and People Ops leaders. Your mission is to present our suite of services as a compelling value-add to their employee experience, from homeownership benefits and relocation concierge, to white-labeled real estate perks and housing solutions.

You’ll help us bring luxury real estate services into the corporate benefits conversation — and guide decision-makers on how partnering with us impacts retention, attraction, and wellbeing.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identifying and reaching out to HR leaders, benefit managers, and decision-makers
  • Leading consultative conversations about our corporate homeownership benefits
  • Showcasing our concierge programs, relocation services, and equity-building tools
  • Collaborating on customized solutions that align with each company’s culture
  • Using LinkedIn, email, Zoom, and networking to grow our HR partnerships pipeline
  • Representing Maison Bezalel with warmth, insight, and strategic clarity
  • Tracking your progress, wins, and pipeline growth with weekly check-ins

 

Who You Are

  • A relationship-first professional who knows how to speak to HR and People Ops
  • Passionate about helping people access lifestyle, relocation, and homeownership services
  • Entrepreneurial and self-directed, with a love for outreach and business building
  • Comfortable speaking to executives and department heads about partnership strategy
  • You see the power in connecting real estate with workplace wellbeing
  • You’re energized by the idea of creating something innovative and lasting

 

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Experience in HR, recruitment, benefits, employee experience, or corporate services
  • Background in B2B partnerships, real estate, relocation, or benefits consulting
  • Strong communication skills across LinkedIn, email, phone, and presentations
  • Interest in helping companies attract and retain top talent through housing solutions

The First 6 Months

You’ll begin as an independent contractor (1099), using provided tools and support to reach out to ideal corporate partners. We’ll track your metrics, provide coaching, and review performance after six months.

Those who create consistent results will be considered for a full-time opportunity with expanded compensation and leadership potential.
