The Role

As a Sports & Entertainment Business Development Partner, you’ll be the direct link between our brand and individuals who live at the intersection of influence and performance. Your goal is to create strategic partnerships, manage sensitive relationships with care, and offer tailored real estate solutions that fit the lifestyle and timeline of clients in the sports and entertainment industries.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with agents, managers, publicists, financial advisors, and personal teams
• Identifying key opportunities for relocation, investment, luxury purchases, or off-market deals
• Positioning Maison Bezalel as a trusted partner for athletes, entertainers, and creators
• Crafting messaging and outreach that respects privacy and elevates lifestyle
• Collaborating on discreet, high-impact marketing strategies
• Using email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and in-person networking to create warm touchpoints
• Tracking conversations and performance, and reporting wins during weekly check-ins

• Understand the demands of elite-level professionals, and how to adapt accordingly
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and polished in both voice and presence
• You know that in this space, trust is everything, and that consistency builds it

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience working in or adjacent to the sports, music, fashion, film, or entertainment world
• Background in luxury sales, client relations, athlete services, or investment advisory
• Proven ability to build relationships with discretion and confidence
• Comfort navigating high-net-worth conversations and off-market opportunities

The First 6 Months

This role begins as a 1099 independent contractor position. You’ll receive full onboarding, access to our resources and tools, and strategic coaching. Your outreach, client growth, and traction will be reviewed after six months for consideration of a permanent placement.
