About the Role

At Maison Bezalel | Global Properties, a luxury real estate brand powered by The Sears Group we’re building a high-touch, high-performing team to support our residential, commercial, and industrial transactions.

We’re looking for a Transaction Coordinator who thrives behind the scenes, keeps deals running like clockwork, and communicates like a pro whether handling a $400K home or a $50M commercial acquisition.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing real estate transactions from executed contract to close
• Coordinating between buyers, sellers, agents, vendors, title companies, and lenders
• Drafting and managing buyer, seller, and leasing agreements
• Tracking deadlines and key contract milestones
• Sending email communications with clarity and professionalism
• Ensuring compliance and document accuracy across systems
• Assisting with basic lead generation tasks when time permits (optional bonus structure)
  
  

Tools & Systems You Must Know

• MLS (active experience required)
• Dotloop (document & signature workflows)
• HubSpot (CRM and communication tracking)
• Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, light research, and lead support

You Should Be Able To:

• Articulate the differences between residential, commercial, and industrial contracts
• Confidently support both buyer and seller side transactions
• Communicate effectively via email — internally and with external clients
• Identify key contract terms, timelines, and potential red flags
• Keep documents clean, organized, and compliant
• Handle multiple deals at once without missing a beat

• Bonus: Some lead generation or marketing familiarity is a plus
• Familiarity with both Texas markets and real estate transaction law preferred

Compensation

Paid per closed transaction (1099 independent contractor)

Additional bonuses available for lead generation contributions

This is a performance-based opportunity with potential for a long-term, permanent role based on availability, growth, and production.
